EXCHANGES AND FEEDBACK

You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return the products provided that the items are not unpacked, they must be repackaged in the same way and sent to the following address Société Alliance - 2 impasse Paul Séjourné, 66350, Toulouges, France.
After receipt, the items will be checked by a quality department before reimbursement or issue of a voucher.

  • IN CASE OF CUSTOMER ERROR

    The return costs are at your expense, an agreement will be negotiated with the sales department.

  • IN THE EVENT OF AN ERROR DURING ORDER PREPARATION

    Products missing from your order will be sent to you within 2-3 working days, in case of stock shortage an agreement will be made between the private individual and the sales department.

  • IN CASE OF CUSTOMER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

    The refund will be made after the package has been returned to our warehouse and the outward and/or return costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
